What exactly does StorySide Studio do?
We build Shopify stores, look after them once they are live, and run the marketing that brings traffic in. You can take all three or just the one you need right now.
How much does a Shopify store cost?
Our full rate card is published on the pricing page, so you know the cost before you speak to anyone. Pricing depends on whether you want a theme based build, a fully custom store, or a store plus a mobile app.
How long does it take to build a store?
Between two and eight weeks. A theme based build takes two to three weeks, a custom build takes five to six, and adding an iOS and Android app takes it to seven or eight.
Do you work with brands outside Kerala?
Yes. We work with brands across India, and most of the work happens over calls, shared previews and WhatsApp. Location has never been a problem for us or our clients.
Will someone look after the store after launch?
Yes. Every build includes post launch support, and most brands then move onto a monthly care plan so updates, backups, product uploads and campaign pages are handled for them.
Can you work on a store you did not build?
Yes, and we do it often. We start with a review of your store and your tracking setup, tell you what needs fixing first, and take it over from there.
